Tripp Guin is the Principal and Broker in Charge of Tripp Commercial. Mr. Guin’s focus is on tenant representation, brokerage, and Global Corporate Services.
An eight-year member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Mr. Guin has been listed as one of the Charlotte market’s top Tenant Representation brokers. Mr. Guin has been consistently recognized as a top producer, winning the Gold Award for Production ($10 Million +) in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2012 & 2013. Mr. Guin was recognized by the Business Journal for the prestigious Forty Under 40 award recognizing those who have committed to improve our community through their business endeavors and philanthropy.
Tripp began his real estate brokerage career with the Charlotte office of Trammell Crow Company specializing as a business development broker representing companies with their real estate space requirements. After TCC was acquired by CBRE in 2006, Mr. Guin continued in brokerage until starting Tripp Commercial in 2012.
Sean Hershey is an Associate Broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. Prior to his time at TRIPP, Sean was getting his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Samford University. Sean was also a student-athlete at Samford University playing on the varsity football team, while also serving as Vice President of his Fraternity. At TRIPP Commercial, Sean’s primary focus is tenant representation for industrial real estate and Corporate Clients. A Charlotte Native, Sean was born and raised in Queen City and has now dedicated himself to helping his clients fulfill their Real Estate requirements. Sean prides himself on providing exceptional service and knowledge to his clients, in order to meet their needs.
Kimberly Castro is an Associate Broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and obtained her real estate license in 2004, giving her over 18 years of experience in the industry. A native North Carolinian, Kimberly was born and raised in Greensboro, has lived in Greenville, Charlotte, and currently resides in Raleigh, giving her a vast knowledge of the different demands across the state.
Kimberly got her start curating land for Landmark Development Partners in Charlotte, having worked with many companies including Budget Self Storage and John Wieland Homes. With experience in all of the commercial product sectors including, land, office, industrial, and flex, she has a proven track record of delivering results aligned with her clients’ strategic objectives.
She is passionate about helping companies find a perfect match for their needs and focuses specifically on tenant/end-user representation for corporate clients.
