Tripp Guin is Principal and Broker in Charge with Tripp Commercial. Mr. Guin’s focus is on tenant representation, brokerage and Global Corporate Services.
An eight year member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Mr. Guin has been listed as one of the Charlotte market’s top Tenant Representation brokers. Mr. Guin has been consistently recognized as a top producer, winning the Gold Award for Production ($10 Million +) in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2012 & 2013. Mr. Guin was recognized by the Business Journal for the prestigious Forty Under 40 award recognizing those that have committed to improve our community through their business endeavors and philanthropy.
Tripp began his real estate brokerage career with the Charlotte office of Trammell Crow Company specializing as a business development broker representing companies with their real estate space requirements. After TCC was acquired by CBRE in 2006, Mr. Guin continued in brokerage until starting Tripp Commercial in 2012.
Colin Stewart is an associate broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. Prior to his time at TRIPP, Colin worked with tenants and landlords on retail transactions at Sterling Properties Group, Inc. At TRIPP Commercial, Colin’s primary focus is office tenant representation and corporate office real estate services. Mr. Stewart sets himself apart with his keen attention to detail and genuine care for the clients he works with. When not servicing his clients in commercial brokerage, Mr. Stewart is an active participant in the community. Colin is a founding member and serves on the board of The Queen City League, a community involvement and professional development organization. Colin has and continues to give his time to numerous non-profits including Friendship Trays, Breakfast of Angels, Freedom School Partners and the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte. Mr. Stewart is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker in NC. Colin is proudly a native Charlottean, Eagle Scout and graduate of Western Carolina University.
Christopher (CJ) Walters is an associate broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. CJ’s concentration is on Industrial tenant representation, brokerage and corporate services.
CJ, a Charlotte native, has a passion for aiding in the development and growth of the Charlotte region. CJ started his career in commercial brokerage following his attendance at Charlotte School of Law. His legal minded background has shaped him into a strong negotiator, communicator, researcher, and problem solver. He uses his unique skill set to benefit his clients at every step of the real estate process.
When CJ isn’t in the office, you will find him out engaging with the Charlotte community. He readily stays involved with organizations such as the German American Chamber of Commerce, American Red Cross, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Eric Harris became the Managing Partner of the Tripp Commercial Atlanta office in 2021. He started his sales career in the Office Furniture industry, where he closed transactions for the prestigious Ivan Allen Company and Dekalb Office Environments (Steelcase dealerships). In 2014 Eric turned his sights to the Commercial Real Estate industry and hasn’t looked back since. Eric has received several awards throughout his entire sales career.
Mr. Harris specializes in Office and Industrial lease transactions in the Atlanta Market of 5,000SF or more. He represents Tenants by consulting them on the state of the market, site selection, lease negotiations, space integration, and identifying recommended lease options for their business. Eric frequently analyzes the Atlanta Market and utilizes that information to assist his clients with thorough and current analysis. Mr. Harris invests the time to understand each clients’ goals and objectives to provide creative solutions that add value beyond lease execution.
Eric and his family live in Marietta, Georgia, and his passions outside of real estate include being a proud father and soccer dad, managing volleyball events in Florida, riding motorcycles, and improving his golf handicap.
