Christopher John “CJ” Walters

Christopher (CJ) Walters is an associate broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. CJ’s concentration is on Industrial tenant representation, brokerage and corporate services.

CJ, a Charlotte native, has a passion for aiding in the development and growth of the Charlotte region. CJ started his career in commercial brokerage following his attendance at Charlotte School of Law.

His legal minded background has shaped him into a strong negotiator, communicator, researcher, and problem solver. He uses his unique skill set to benefit his clients at every step of the real estate process.

When CJ isn’t in the office, you will find him out engaging with the Charlotte community. He readily stays involved with organizations such as the German American Chamber of Commerce, American Red Cross, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
