Colin E. Stewart

Colin Stewart is an associate broker with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. Prior to his time at TRIPP, Colin worked with tenants and landlords on retail transactions at Sterling Properties Group, Inc. At TRIPP Commercial, Colin’s primary focus is office tenant representation and corporate office real estate services.

Mr. Stewart sets himself apart with his keen attention to detail and genuine care for the clients he works with. When not servicing his clients in commercial brokerage, Mr. Stewart is an active participant in the community.

Colin is a founding member and serves on the board of The Queen City League, a community involvement and professional development organization. Colin has and continues to give his time to numerous non-profits including Friendship Trays, Breakfast of Angels, Freedom School Partners and the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte.

Mr. Stewart is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker in NC. Colin is proudly a native Charlottean, Eagle Scout and graduate of Western Carolina University.
