James Patrick Guin, III “Tripp”

Tripp Guin is Principal and Broker in Charge with Tripp Commercial. Mr. Guin’s focus is on tenant representation, brokerage and Global Corporate Services.

An eight year member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Mr. Guin has been listed as one of the Charlotte market’s top Tenant Representation brokers. Mr. Guin has been consistently recognized as a top producer, winning the Gold Award for Production ($10 Million +) in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2012 & 2013. Mr. Guin was recognized by the Business Journal for the prestigious Forty Under 40 award recognizing those that have committed to improve our community through their business endeavors and philanthropy.

Tripp began his real estate brokerage career with the Charlotte office of Trammell Crow Company specializing as a business development broker representing companies with their real estate space requirements. After TCC was acquired by CBRE in 2006, Mr. Guin continued in brokerage until starting Tripp Commercial in 2012.
